Smoking rights

Will council workers forced to stop smoking during the day be able to sue their council employer for £4,000 each for a fundamental breach of their human rights even if it could save their lives!?!

This is our council.The West Lancs district council are full of arses who are crap at everything.....

I'm not kidding, it's the biggest thing to happen in the area since we got the news that Mafeking had been relieved.
