Conservatives accept high taxes

Does the Conservative Party stop attacking Labour's tax rises since 1997 if George Osborne is unable to promise tax cuts following a future Conservative general election victory?

The Conservative party has stymied public debate on the growth of the public sector by meekly accepting Labour's view and funding of it.

Of course they do!
They just want to get their hands on all that lovely money (OURS) when they get into office - and conveniently blame the last government for it.
And they will get away with it again because the gullible British people will just pay up and go back to watching Coronation Street or "Footie" on sky sports down at the pub.
