BNP on the environment

Rather than condemning global warming as "essentially a hoax", why doesn't Nick Griffin, leader of the BNP, embrace the "anti-western intellectual cranks" and suggest that the best way to save the UK's environment is to reduce population growth by limiting immigration!?!

They do seem to have gone round the clock, as I said elsewhere, is there any real difference between the Jonathan Porritt/David Attenborough cranks and the BNP cranks? Apart from the fact that the latter have more electoral support.

The BNP could steal the Green Party's clothes by advocating a stop to immigration on the grounds that it is over population that causes global warming, pollution, rising house prices & loss of the Green Belt.
