Money bags?

How will forcing supermarkets to charge for plastic bags over the next couple of months improve the populartity of a failing Government!?!

PS Will the ending of this cross-subsidisation result in lower food prices!?!

    They should charge GB for those bags under his eyes. You could get the weekly shop for a family of five in those.
