Hospital Gourmet?

Would hospital food be better if patients had to pay for it!?!

Restaurants providing poor quality food rapidly go out of business!

    If Senior Management and the Catering Staff were compelled, daily, to eat randomly selected meals from those provided for patients, alongside those same patients, would anything change?
