English only health cuts

Will the BBC be reporting that Gordon Brown, in one of his final acts as Chancellor, cut the capital budget of the English NHS for 2007-08 from £6.2bn to £4.2bn whilst making no changes to the Scottish or Welsh NHS budgets?
