Fine's fine
One bank fine is a tragedy; a million is a statistic.
- as
Gordon Brown
Joseph Stalin
might say.

The
Consumer Action Group
says that so far it knows of 6,342 people who have been repaid a combined total of more than £9m by their banks
!!
