Shotgun justice

If a protestor climbed onto the roof of your house and you confronted him with a loaded shotgun, could you expect to go to prison?

    Not in the United States.

    But in The States you wouldn't have to confront a protester on your roof, you'd just call the police and they'd be there in minutes to remove him.
