Does George Osborne understand why taxes should be cut or is merely playing to the gallery!?!
If he promised to increase the basic personal allowance to #10,000 and scrap Gordon's tax credits, he would galvanise support!
Labour "fears" about how such tax cuts would be funded can be easily rebuffed - increase borrowing;)
