Tax poverty

How many people are living in tax poverty (defined as those who spend more than 30% of their income on tax) if those living in fuel poverty are defined as those who spend more than 10% of their income on fuel!?!

  1. Is the government in 'waste and corruption poverty' because it spends nearly 20% of its income on waste and corruption?

As I spend an abnormal amount of my income on vodka, I must be living in vodka poverty. Clearly I deserve some state subsidy to relieve this problem.

And I can't afford any hookers since I retired! Where is my winter tart allowance?
